King Charles’coronationis all but a week away yet fans of the royal procession have already begun camping outside Buckingham Palace. Deckchairs and tents have been spotted on The Mall in preparation for the occasion, a national newspaper reports.

The King andQueenare expected to arrive back atBuckingham Palaceafter 1.30pm where an afternoon of balcony appearances and coronation flypasts await.

There will be a host of special guests attending the ceremony including US first lady Jill Biden along with notable world leaders such as Japan’s Fumio Kishida and France’s Emmanuel Macron.
