Government making progress on 100,000 tests a day
Raab has been asked on whether the government was on course to carry out 100,000 tests a day.
Raab recites that there were 14,000 tests carried out in the last 24 hours which "showed progress".
Asked whether lockdown would be extended the foreign secretary said that it wasn't yet necessary to take our collective "foot off the pedal".
Keeping discipline is vital in getting "out the other side as quickly and effectively as possible".

Raab says the virus is indiscriminate when asked if the government could have done more to protect the Prime Minister.
Whitty concurs saying that even those who take strict measures can be infected due to the nature of the virus.

Asked what the UK can learn from Germany Sir Patrick says that we are constantly looking to learn from other countries.
Professor Chris Whitty adds that Germany were ahead on the testing front.
The trio are now taking questions.
Dominic Raab says the cabinet are still following instructions left by the PM after he was asked if there was any disagreement between ministers.
Sir Patrick Vallance then says that ICU capacity shouldn't be overwhelmed.

As has become tradition at these press briefings Sir Patrick Vallance underlines that transport has dropped dramatically due to social distancing measures.
He says this will result in fewer cases.

"What we are not seeing is an acceleration."
The aim remains to not see the number of cases overwhelm the NHS."

Dominic Raab begins by saying that the Prime Minister is constantly being monitored but remains in a stable condition.
He says: "I'm confident he'll pull through, because he's a fighter".
He says "we will not flinch" at this crucial moment and that we will defeat the coronavirus.
